2.3. Any additional services or changes to the agreed-upon work may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payments must be made as per the payment schedule outlined in the contract.

3.2. The Customer may opt for full payment upfront or use our financing options, subject to approval.

3.3. Late payments may result in penalties, interest charges, or suspension of services.

4. Installation and Delivery

4.1. The Company will provide an estimated timeline for system delivery and installation.

4.2. Delays caused by factors beyond the Company’s control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues) are not the responsibility of the Company.

4.3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the installation site and obtaining any necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

5.1. The Company provides a standard warranty for its solar energy systems as outlined in the contract.

5.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues but excludes damage caused by external factors, misuse, or neglect.

5.3. Maintenance services may be included or offered as an add-on, subject to additional terms.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system.

6.2. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the misuse or unauthorized modification of the system.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the contract in writing with a notice period as specified in the contract.

7.2. Termination fees may apply if the Customer cancels the contract after installation has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The design, documentation, and technical materials provided by the Company remain its intellectual property.

8.2. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose these materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of .
